always love
When we feel love and kindness toward others, it not only makes others feel loved and cared for, but it helps us also to develop inner happiness and peace. -Dalai Lama
I want to take a minute today to tell you a story... a story of love, faith and Grace.
It goes like this.
A long, long time ago I was given the gift of Grace. Tiny and not yet ready for this great big world, she was a gift that I was meant to carry in my heart rather than in my arms.
It has taken me some time to find meaning in that loss.
I am a photographer...not because I love cameras and equipment but because I love to experience emotion, capture moments and help folks tell their stories.
This is a piece of mine.
{2015}
I have been working on a dream. It didn't seem to make sense at first but I believed in it and today I get to share it.
For the last three months I have been working with families...photographing their most precious moments. Their first and last moments with their babies. I am there for these births and in the hours after, I stay.
If it's the middle of the night or the early morning...if it takes hours upon hours, I'm there...because these are the moments they can't get back.
This has been a non~profit portion of my business.
I do it for Grace.
I am beyond lucky to be able to provide my services in support of CompassioNet families and to see the abundance of love and {compassion} that they shower upon the families they work with.
I am a tiny piece of something {MUCH} bigger here.
I consider it the greatest honor to hold these babies when the time their parents have with them is so short. To be able to document a life is a gift that's full of Grace.

{Always.Love} is now a reality. I have been serving Central NY Families for just a little over 3 years. I have grown in ways I never expected and so has this dream of mine. I have met so many families, witnessed countless births and passings and held babies that the rest of the world will never meet. I have stayed in touch with families that I met in their darkest hours and have seen them through new pregnancies and births of their Rainbow Babies. With much support I have been able to provide services to older children that are ill in hospitals as well as visiting them in their homes. We make memories. We savor the sweetest moments. We document the tiny details.
I have witnessed great joy and the deepest sorrow.
I am a better human because of this.
If you know someone that needs help telling their story, contact me. No story should be left untold.
